Aaron Sharabaika founded Tolerance Capital to serve the evolving needs of his clients free of competing interests. He serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the firm's executive committee. Aaron has a distinguished track record of executing on a wide variety of strategic corporate initiatives and, throughout his career, Aaron has completed 60 transactions representing $5.1 billion in transaction value.

Aaron’s M&A transaction experience encompasses mergers, acquisitions, buyouts, divestitures, asset sales and recapitalizations. From a capital advisory perspective, Aaron has raised capital for clients in both the public and private markets, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) as well as secondary offerings of common and preferred stock, asset backed loans, senior term notes and subordinated debt.

Civic and Board Affiliations

Aaron currently serves as Treasurer and Head of the Audit & Finance Committee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire and serves as an advisory board member to several privately-owned companies throughout the United States.
